Steel Structures and fabrications of every shape and size will at sometime need a Protective Coating Application to minimise Corrosion and to maintain appearance.

The Specified Industrial Coating Systems of today often require the Steel Surface is Blast cleaned usually to SA2.5 standard. The Protective Coating System is then applied by Brush, Roller and Spray Application as per the Manufacturers Technical Data Sheets.

Strict attention is given to the Blast cleaned Surface Profile, the Wet and Dry Film Thickness of each respective applied Coat, along with the continuous monitoring plus recording of the steelwork surface and air temperatures to include humidity readings, are taken before, during and after the Coating Application to ensure conformity and compliance of the working parameters of the Coating System.
